[SLS] Updated Agenda for SLS Plenary in Rome (and more)

Dear All,
        here attached an  Updated Agenda for SLS Plenary in Rome.
I have added a (sub) item for the "Consolidated Requirements for new CCSDS 
RID Tool" you received from CESG Chair.
In general please check Agenda item 8 on "Special Items for CESG Meeting" 
to provide any input from your WG.

I also attach here the CCSDS Document Status as of October 3, 2016 for 
your checks.
