[SLS] Any comment by 1st July, please: [CESG] CCSDS RID and Polling System Pre-Requirements

Dear All,
        while the polling system may be of limited interest for you, the 
RID System for Agency Review for sure will affect WG activieties.

If you have any comment on the proposed  CCSDS RID System 
Pre-Requirements. sen them to me and Gilles by 1st July, please.

Dear CESG,

Per CESG Chair request, please see the attached files for both the RID and 
Polling System Pre-Requirements.

Note - The following Requirements attached should be quailified as 
?Pre-Requirements? or ?Whishlist Requirements? that have been complied by 
nermours CCSDS suggestions over the past several years.  It is assumed 
that both the CESG and CMC will formalize which requirements are 
?necessary" in order to develop these systems.
