?       the Multispectral and Hyperspectral Data Compression Working Group 
has reviewed the Draft Red Book ?Spectral Pre-Processing Transform for 
Multispectral & Hyperspectral Image Compression? for CCSDS-122.1-B
?       the WG has consensus on requesting to start Agency Review for this 
book
RESOLVES to request CESG/CMC to approve starting the Agency Review of Red 
Book ?Spectral Pre-Processing Transform for Multispectral & Hyperspectral 
Image Compression? of CCSDS-122.1-B
RECOMMENDS that the CMC approve this resolution and, finally
REQUESTS that a CMC poll be conducted to accomplish this.
