Opposite to previous meetings there is a proposal for having a maximum
number of Rooms per day.
For SLS we may get allocated maximum 3 meeting rooms per day.

So we need to do some careful planning and - for example - it is clear
that the same sequencing done for Cleveland will not be possible as our
Area exceeded the 3 rooms in 4 occasions (i.e. 4 half days).

Please consider how your WG could comply.
(we may also end up telling WE CANNOT... or request more rooms for a
given day with the risk that this is not possible, etc)

Just for you to consider (in spread order):
MHDC starting on Monday?
SDLS reversing the order with SEA-SEC and taking the SLS Rooms at the
beginning of the week
Checking if the Friday joint is really needed and for which WGs
Better use Friday AM
Starting Area Pleanry at 16:00

Please provide your opinion/needs ASAP

Thanks and have a nice week end (including 4th July for everybody in US)

Gian Paolo

PS Please note that you may get questioned by Secretariat but if we can
get a good SLS planning in advance it may be better.
