[Sls-slp] Final Agenda for SLP WG Meeting on May 17-18 2021

Dear SLP WG,

Attached please find the final SLP WG agenda for our Spring Meetings starting on Monday May 17.
I added the agency and number of RIDs received on each of our 4 SDLP books under agency review to the agenda, to help us account for RIDs as we disposition them together.
I also added two 2 agenda items, which I believe we will have time to cover concerning Figure 6-3 in those SDLP Blue books.

In addition, attached is the proposed updates to the TC SDLP (232.0) book, that Gian Paolo, Gilles Moury, and myself are proposing. This file contains the changes due to the agency review plus additional proposed changes due to the newly proposed figure 6-3. They containing clarification to some of the Telecommand functions that came out of the discussion about enhancing figure 6-3.
