[Sls-slp] inputs for the TM and AOS pink sheets: addition of normative clause for frames with invalid VCID or MCID

Dear Greg,

In the course of the SDLS WG discussion regarding the authentication mask, we found out that a normative clause was missing both in TM and AOS SLP books (the equivalent clause already exists in TC and USLP books). This clause, inserted in §4.3.5/4.3.6 (AOS) and §4.3.4/4.3.6 (TM), states that :


-          Transfer Frames with an invalid VCID/MCID shall be discarded (at the moment there is only a non normative note)

Please find attached the corresponding edit inserted in the pink sheets version provided by Gian-Paolo on 05/05/2020 collecting all the pink sheets edits.
