[Sls-slp] Updated Agenda

Dear SLP WG members,

I’ve updated the status of where we are with the SLP WG meetings on page 2.
I’ve also added a 6th page, to capture the open issue on defining in USLP the applicability of COP-1 vs COP-P with respect to the applicable Sync & Channel Coding documents for tomorrow’s discussion.  (It will be copied to CWE as well.)
