[Sls-slp] USLP: Managed Parameter Sources

Dear Greg,
        I made an exercise to find out which source we have for each 
Managed Parameter in USLP.
The results are in the attached file.
It may be good to have a discussion on this to check implication in the 
USLP main document as discussed at last telecon etc.
