Enclosed please find the final version of the Next Generation Space Link Protocol (NGSLP) Concept Paper which will be discussed in the SLS-SLP WG meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Also a shorter related presentation will be made in the Plancom meeting under the SLS-RFM WG on Monday morning on March 31.
