[Sls-slp] Additional residual RIDs - TM and AOS Space Data Link Protocols

Dear SLP WG,

Attached please find dispositions on 4 additional RIDs affecting both the TM and AOS Space Data Link Protocols.
The RIDS involve:

1) Adding SCCC and DVB-S2 References and text to both books
2) Clarifying the use of the VCID 63 in the Master Channel Parameters for both books

Please let me know if you have any objections/concerns about these RIDs by July 24.
