	        as you know the Spring 2010 will be held at Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel & Waterfront Conference Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, USA from 3rd May to 7th May 2010 (this is  the week immediately after SpaceOps 2010 in Huntsville, Alabama, USA).

	Please remember the following important date agreed in the ESTEC meetings: 
	o        Deadline for providing input papers: Sunday 2 weeks before meetings start i.e. 18th April 2010.
