Dear SLS-SLP, SLS-NGU, and SIS-IPO WG members,
Please find attached the room assignment for the complete CCSDS meeting 26-30 November in ESA/ESTEC and a map from the facility.
Note the change in the start and end of the meeting times from my previous email messages. Start time is 9:00. End time will be between 17:00 and 18:00. We will break for lunch between 13:00 and 14:00 each day. Please note that the large CCSDS opening plenary starts at 8:00 on Monday.
Our meetings will take place :
NGU WG Monday Oct 26 Location: Fj119 All Day
SLP WG Tue. Oct 27 Location: Ba024 All Day
IP over CCSDS WG Wed. Oct 28 Location: Tb004 Lasting perhaps a few hours blending into the IPO Forward Plan BOF until 13:00 same location
Joint RFM/SLP/C&S/RNG/OCM - Wed. Oct 28 14:00 - 18:00 Location: Ef208
We join SLS-C&S for Prox-1 discussions on Thur. Oct 29 from 9:00 - 13:00 Location: Ba024
Joint meeting MIA/IPO/SLP on Thur. Oct 29 14:00 - 17:00 (end time flexible) Location: Fr413
Planetary Comm BOF Fri. Oct 30 from 9:00 - 13:00 Location: Ba024

Please be also aware of Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) ending in Europe in the morning of Sunday 25 October at GMT 1:00 am just before our CCSDS Fall 2009 Technical Meetings in ESTEC.
Conversely, Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) is ending in USA (except Hawaii and Arizona) in the morning of Sunday 1st November at 2:00 am just after out CCSDS Fall 2009 Technical Meetings in ESTEC.
