CCSDS SLS-SLP WG plans to meet at DIN in Berlin on Thursday Oct 16 PM.

Tentative agenda SLS-SLP:
1. RID against Encapsulation Service (adding new PID for IP header
compression)
2. Status of 'OID' frame update in TM and AOS
3. Space Packet Protocol Green Book
4. ESA Proposal for Systematic TC Retransmission
