Please take a look at the CCSDS web site for the schedule of Oct. 
technical meetings (Oct. 13-17) in Berlin and examine the call for 
papers in support of the Lunar surface wireless comm and nav workshop 
on Oct 13 (Monday) at the Fall CCSDS Meetings in Berlin, Germany.
