[Sls-slp] CRC diagram clarifications

Dear SLS-SLP members,

Attached is a pdf file containing a proposal to clarify both the 
encoder/decoder diagrams in the following CCSDS recommendations and reports.

Please take a look at them and let me know if you have any concerns with 
these clarifications. This will be a short topic during both the SLS-SLP WG 
meeting and Prox-1 Build-2 meeting.

1) CRC-16 diagrams affecting the Telemetry Green Book
2) CRC-32 diagrams affecting the Proximity-1 Synchronization and Coding 
Blue book, Annex A

Note: Figure 4 in the attachment should read "Decoder Diagram" not Encoder 
diagram.
