[Sls-sea-dls] EP for KEM Exchange

Dear SDLS WG members,

My action from the November meeting was to draft an additional Extended Procedure for KEM Exchange.  I have been unable to devote much time to this action, and have not yet completed drafting Pink Sheet updates.  The attached slides are provided to facilitate a WG discussion of what control flow and PDU(s) are necessary for the procedure.  I will be attending virtually as time permits.
