[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS Extended Procedures Updated Red-1 Draft

Dear all,

Please find attached a quickly updated Red-1 draft based on the input 
provided by Craig yesterday. 

Notable Missing Items:
32 bit CRC recommendation (Gilles)
Mandatory Security Section (me)

We can go through the update this afternoon. As mentioned to Gilles, due 
to my surgery I had only limited time to work on the document and will 
need some more time after the meeting to smoothen the document for a 
proper Red-1 submission.
