Dear all,

I have drafted the Extended Procedures conference paper for the AIAA Space
conference.

The intention behind the paper is to introduce the Extended Procedures and
provide an overview about the services they provide. As such, the paper
discusses the general structure of the directives and reports, the three
service domains covered by the Extended Procedures and the Frame Security
Report. I tried to remain high level enough not to bore the reader but low
level enough to remain technical.

Please let me know what you think of the paper and if you have any
comments. Since the manuscript submission deadline is 18 August, please
let me know your input by 12 August.

Cheers,
Daniel
