Dear all,
Thanks again for your contribution to the preparation of this report. The
document here attached should exactly reflect what we agreed Friday afternoon.

The only significant change I made is in the SLS-RFM report: I moved the 2.4.18
issue from 'Problem' to 'caution' because I considered to restrict 'problem' to
those cases requiring CESG decisions.

I hope the document is in full conformity with our agreements.
