[Sls-rfm] Fw: RFM WG input deadlines and input papers list - update and plan

Dear All,

in consultation with Andrea and Javier, we are proposing the following 
plan:

Monday, Oct 18                  C&S WG
Tuesday, Oct 19         RFM WG
Wednesday, Oct 20               RFM and DDOR WG

Given the time zone difference, we plan to have the sessions from 14:00 to 
18;00 CET with some 30 minutes break in between.

I trust you have no problems with this. In the coming days we will send 
out the Webex invitations. Detailed agendas will be provided as usual 
after the deadline for input papers.

Dear All,

assuming that the meeting dates stay (October 18-22), as usual you need to 
respect the following deadlines:

September 19    All papers to be announced
October 3       All papers to be submitted

If meeting dates change, the above deadlines will be changed according to 
the 4 weeks/2 weeks limit.
