Enrico,
 
I looked up the Earth to Gateway data column from the table and it seems 
like I did process that as 27.5 GHz as a result of automating the process. 
 So the analysis for that column is has a required data rate value much 
larger than it should be.  Since this value is not critical to the 
conclusion, I can just remove the entire column and send you an update of 
this input paper and the 20-06 input paper.
