[Sls-rfm] CCSDS RFM WG Spring 2021 Meeting - final MoM

Dear All,

I only received a request by DDOR WG to change the ESA prototype deadline. 
Additionally, having discussed with CCSDS editor on the resolution for 
telecommand/telemetry definition, I had to change the relevant text.
The actions I had to raise at the SLS plenary meeting were all done as you 
have seen in the area presentation. I did not change the text since the 
area meeting occurred the week later.
