[Sls-rfm] REC 2.5.7B

Dear All,

please find attached REC 2.5.7B with the agreed revision marks following 
agency review 401x0rp301 and subsequent WGs discussion.

The recommendation will remain in the WG pending availability of two 
independent simulations or prototpyes. When this step is reached, it will 
be sent as is (just removing pre from the file name)  to the CCSDS editor 
for insertion in the 401 blue book.

For references, the RIDs dispositions are enclosed.
