and subsequent WGs discussion.</span>

will remain in the WG pending availability of two independent simulations
or prototpyes. When this step is reached, it will be sent as is (just removing
pre from the file name)  to the CCSDS editor for insertion in the
401 blue book.</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">For references,
the RIDs dispositions are enclosed.</span>
