Dear Jean-Luc,

thanks for the inputs. Here are my views.

1) Comments IJ1 and IJ2 in section 1

Section 1 is a copy of relevant text from the draft BB to avoid forcing the RFM WG to read the whole BB. As such we cannot comment there. However, they are de facto included in IJ3.

2) Comment IJ3 in section 2

Fine with me. I would turn the comment into a sentence.

3) New text in section 2

I may move the first sentence up but I am fine with the contents.

4) New text in section 3

The text is fine but should not be in this section. We cannot state in a CCSDS BB that agencies should do an RFI analysis in SFCG but that agencies should consult with SFCG. I propose to move this useful background text to section 2, probably at the very end after your new text suggested in 3 above.

Let me know if this is acceptable to you.

Regards, Enrico

Dear All,

please find attached the proposed RFM WG response to SOIS-WIR drafted by me and Dennis with the help of Ms. Sham, the SFCG chairperson for lunar and martian spectrum coordination.

Should I not receive any comments by Oct 26, I would assume concurrence of the WG and send it out to SOIS-WIR.

My idea is to send the whole document as it stands, thus providing some background info and not only the request for changes.

Best Regards, Enrico
