Dear Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,
 
Margherita has asked me to inform you that all meeting participants will 
need to leave their meeting rooms at Darmstadium by 18:00 each day. If you 
anticipate your Area or Working Group needing to continue working later 
than 18:00, a room can be reserved for your use at ESOC. Please inform us 
as soon as possible should this be the case as we will need to also 
provide a list of expected attendees to ESOC.
