Here's the "final" set of editorially revised telemetry recs by Dennis
with the accompanying explanations of his changes, as well as the
telemetry ranging recommendation from last year.
If I do not hear from you on Dennis' latest changes by May 23, I will send
everything out to the Editor (revision marks will be removed from Rec
2.4.24).
Regards, Enrico

Enrico,
Attached are the editorial revisions to the 401 telemetry recommendations,
with the figure numbers corrected. I also reverted Figure 3.1.2B-1 and
3.1.2B-2 back to its original versions to be consistent with the SFCG
recommendation, but modified the label of Figure 3.1.2B-2 so that it only
applies to the previous figure. I think that this along with footnote 2
in the recommendation should make it sufficiently clear that the symbol
rate definition only applies for this recommendation.
Regards,
Dennis

Subject: CCSDS RFM WG Spring 2019 meeting - outputs for agency
review
Dear All,
please find the 3 recommendations agreed at the meeting to be submitted
for agency review. I will remove all revision marks from the two RED
recommendations before sending them to the editor since these
recommendations are new. This version with rev marks is internal to the WG
to appreciate the agreed changes.
In the PINK rec please note that the change to "Allan deviation" from
"square root of Allan variance" as announced.
As soon as I get the final version by Dennis of the editorially revised
telemetry recommendations, I will send the file out to the editor for
publication together with BLUE REC 2.4.24 (telemetry ranging) as agreed
last year.
Regards, Enrico
