please take note of this. Additionally, please take into account the usual
mandatory timeline for RFM papers including the ones for the joint meeting
with C&S and DDOR WG:
- inputs notification (title) by 7 April (4 weeks before the meeting)
- inputs delivery by 21 April (2 weeks before the meeting)

SPRING 2019 TECHNICAL PLENARY MEETING
Hosted by NASA, the CCSDS spring 2019 meeting series will be held at the
NASA Ames Conference Center (NACC) in Mountain View, California, United
States. The main technical meeting series will be held 6-9 May 2019.
[Note: This will be a four-day technical meeting.] The CESG Meeting will
be held on 10 May 2019 also at NACC in Mountain View. The CMC will meet
separately on 11-13 June 2019 at the Canadian Space Agency Headquarters in
St- Hubert, Quebec, Canada.
The Mission Planning and Scheduling Working Group will meet
Monday-Thursday at the Quality Inn & Suites at NASA Ames, close to the
NASA Ames Conference Center. The two locations are separated by a 2.0 km
walk and there are bus stops located close to NACC and the Quality Inn. A

. The schedule may change based on input from Working Group Chairs and
Area Directors. The current schedule will always be available on the
meeting information page.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following instructions and process:
1) All Meeting Registrants must have a CWE login. If you do not, then you
may request one at http://cwe.ccsds.org/ReqLogin.aspx. Several of the
links in this e-mail will prompt you for your CWE Login.
2) All Users should review their User Profile before registering for the
spring 2019 Meetings.
3) After your meeting registration is submitted you will receive a
confirmation e-mail, like in previous registrations, and you will also
receive a URL which allows you to edit your registration, even after
registration closes.
Registration will close on 5 April 2019, four weeks before the start of
the technical meetings to provide sufficient time for final logistics
planning at ARC. If your attendance at the meetings is tentative, please
register now. You may cancel your registration at a later date should it
become necessary. Registration for this meeting cycle is opening earlier
than usual to allow attendees from the United States an opportunity to
register before any potential furloughs.
All attendees that require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes should
already have their letter. However, if you do not have a letter, please
contact the Secretariat (Secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org) immediately so one
can be arranged.
Also, as always, dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business
Casual.

FALL 2019 TECHNICAL PLENARY MEETING
The fall 2019 Technical Plenary will be hosted by ESA at the Darmstadtium
in Darmstadt, Germany. The technical meetings will be held from 21-24
October 2019. [Note: This will be a four-day technical meeting] The CESG
Executive Committee will meet on Friday, 25 October 2019, at ESOC also in
Darmstadt, Germany. The CCSDS Management Council will meet 28-30 October
2019 at ESOC. Some preliminary information will be available after the
spring 2019 meetings.
If you need a visa letter to attend the fall 2019 meetings, please inform
the Secretariat (Secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org).
CCSDS MEMBERSHIP, PARTICIPATION, IMPLEMENTATIONS
Here are some reminders that are important whether or not you or your
organization is going to attend a CCSDS meeting.
If you are from a government agency that is not yet a CCSDS Observer
Agency, you should consider registering your organization as a CCSDS
Observer. Information is available here:

involved (or interested) in CCSDS, but is not yet an Associate, you should
consider registering your organization as a CCSDS Associate. Information
