Dear All,

please find attached the version of recs. (pink) 2.4.17A and (red) 3.1.7 
as agreed at the meeting for agency review.

I will initiate it when also recs (pink) 2.4.22A/B and (red) 2.4.24 are 
ready following the 3 related action items (first one already completed):


AI_18-01
Implement the agreed Spring 2018 meeting changes and send out the revised 
rec 2.4.24
