please find attached the WHITE version of recs. 2.1.9 and 2.6.13 as agreed 
at the meeting.

Note that an action item is open for both:

Provide white-2 versions of respectively rec 2.1.9 and rec 2.6.13 taking 
into account the Spring 2018 meeting discussion (MSPA)
