[Sls-rfm] reconfirmation of 415-0-G-1 Green Book

unfortunately I forgot to raise this point. I discussed with the book 
captain (Victor) and my co-chair Dennis and we agreed that it can be 
reconfirmed as is. The Blue Book that this handbook explains has not been 
changed either.
