[Sls-rfm] RIDs to 401.0-RP-27.1

Dear Tom,

the RFM WG agreed to proceed to CESG polling for the publication of the 
401-0 Blue Book with revised recommendations 2.1.4A/B, new recommendation 
2.6.11A and with the suppression of  recommendations 2.1.8A/B. 

I trust that the AD will issue the necessary resolution as soon as the CMC 
is over ...

For the time being, please find attached the RID disposition and the 
resulting "Blue Book" material. You may notice that with respect to your 
master copy, there is only one change in Table 2.6.11A-1.
