[Sls-rfm] Agenda, docs list and chairpersons for RFM WG meeting in Cleveland

Dear All,

please find attached the agenda and the list of papers to be discussed. 
You should be aware that document SLS-RFM_16-03 has not been delivered 
yet. I hope to be able and send it out today. If this is not possible, 
Gunther will send it out next Monday (still 2 weeks prior to meeting 
start.)

Due to an ITU meeting taking place simultaneously, neither myself nor 
Dennis will be in Cleveland.

Victor and Wai kindly agreed to act as chairman and deputy chairman for 
this meeting. I trust that you will not make their life too difficult. 
Good news for you (or maybe bad !!!) is that the next RFM WG meeting will 
NOT be simultaneous with the ITU meeting for a change.
