neither myself nor Dennis will be in Cleveland.</font>

as chairman and deputy chairman for this meeting. I trust that you will
not make their life too difficult. Good news for you (or maybe bad !!!)
is that the next RFM WG meeting will NOT be simultaneous with the ITU meeting
for a change. </font>
