[Sls-rfm] Final minutes of the London RFM WG meeting

Dear All,

please find attached above mentioned document.

Note the usual constraints applying also to the next meeting:

Action items and inputs have to be provided 2 weeks prior to Spring 2015 
meeting. 
All inputs have to be announced 4 weeks prior to the meeting.

Start date for the CCSDS meeting is March 23. Therefore, you should back 
track 2 and 4 weeks respectively from such date yielding .

Inputs not respecting the deadline will be automatically assigned to the 
Fall 2015 meeting to avoid what happened in London.
