Agenda (items coming from the Fall 2026 meeting)


  *   Clemens agreed to update the several figures, using AI, to reflect the option for ingesting an octet stream.
  *   Complete the yellow book by the next monthly meeting (Dariush, and Andre).
  *   ESA (Nicolo) to formulate a new informative annex for 142.
  *   All agencies should think about the option for 1064 with HPE telemetry proposal.
  *   Bryan to plot QPSK performance under no noise and 300 KHz, 50 kHz. Juraj to plot same, from ICSO paper on ESA results.
  *   NASA (Jennifer Downey) to prepare a response to the proposal at a future monthly meeting.
  *   CNES to develop an in-band signaling proposal to signal codmod and framing.
