[SLS-OPT] Book publication process

I received this today and thought it might be of general interest. It 
shows all of the steps of the book publication process. See the attached 
diagram.

> There's 3 Tech Editor steps - a preliminary - make sure all the pieces 
> are available and to make sure the book is "reviewable", but perhaps 
> not in final publication ready form.
> Then, it goes to CESG poll, and if it passes that, it goes to Agency 
> Review (for Blue and Magenta only).
> While it is in poll/review, Tech editor makes final edits (formatting, 
> make sure figures and drawings are correctly formatted for publication)
> The working group makes final changes as required by CESG, RIDS, Editors
> Final publication ready form is produced by Tech Editor
> It goes through CESG and CMC polling (I would expect CESG to be 
> pro-forma, any substantive changes would have been addressed 
> interactively) then is published
> I also indicated that there's archival products (i.e. word document, 
> source figure files, etc.)
