Obviously this is an extreme faux pas on my part and should not have been sent out to the whole group—it was intended only for Don Cornwell and Kim Cashin—but I got the wrong email for Kim.

If I had the Men In Black memory eraser, I would use it.

JPL is proposing this SAA with the Breakthrough Prize Foundation for uplink laser arraying for power beaming.  This has application to our deep space optical comm uplinks so I hope that you will support its approval.  Thanks.
