[SLS-OPT] Agency Input for Optical Comm presentation to IOAG

Dear SLS-OPT team,

Attached is the template for the IOAG briefing that Bernie Edwards and Klaus-Juergen Schulz mentioned at our face-to-face meeting.  They would like to capture your Agency's current optical communications activities on the first chart and your near-term future "vision" for optical communications on the second chart. Please send your charts to Klaus-Juergen and Bernie by 1 May. Note that this is not a mandatory activity; it is just a chance to present your information to all of the IOAG members. The IOAG will use this information to help craft the message it sends to the IOP.
