Aarom,
just for information, Thursday 21st is a German holiday and Friday
22 is an ESOC holiday.
I do not know whether this is really affecting Dave or not (for 124.0-B).
Up to Dave to react if needed.

Regards

Gian Paolo

Dear Aaron, dear all,

In fact, Friday 22nd might be a bit tricky for some of us. Thursday 21st
is a holiday in the Netherlands, France and Germany, and most of the
people will also be on holiday on Friday. This will be the case for me,
and I believe also for Lucana and Mickaël.
Therefore, we wonder if Wednesday 20th May couldn't be an alternative.
That being said, I will anyway be able to connect to the meeting on
Friday, so it is not a problem if we need to keep this date.

I'm sorry, I know this looks like a 'déjà vu', but May is usually a
nightmare for schedules, as it is full of holidays all across Europe.

Kind regards,

Roberto

Dear Working Group,

I’d like to propose that we convene our next WG WebEx Friday (May 22) at
14:00 GMT at the usual place: https://jpl.webex.com/meet/kiely

Progress is still underway on the Green Book for 123B2, and Dave has had
to spend time on an unexpected work project, so a revision of 124B is
going to be slightly later than expected. So with the hope of making as
much progress as possible on these items, I’m asking for a Friday meeting.
If this isn’t possible for anyone, please let me know.

Topics Remaining to Wrap Up:
1. A minor additional edit on the Pink Sheets for 121B
2. Assess status of Green Book for 123B2, establish timeline to complete
Phase 2 edits.
3. Assess status of 124B, identify next steps.

Regards,
Aaron
