[Sls-mhdc] 124.0-B white paper

I uploaded to CWE Private / 124.0-B  a document (124x0w2-20180811_comments_UABnew) summarizing preliminary comments regarding the current draft. These include notation and/or language issues for the most part. We will be preparing further comments for this Fall's CCSDS.

Dear working group members,

I would like to request that any major comments on the 124 standard white paper issued in August are provided by October 7th. That would give ESA a couple of weeks to make any corrections before the spring meeting in Darmstadt. We can go through additional minor comments and the answers to the major comments  in the meeting.
