This completes parts (a) and (b) of action item CCSDS-MHDC-A-1705-4.

Please distribute within your agencies to asses agency interest in developing this compressor as a CCSDS standard. Under MHDC-A-1705-4(c) we are to discuss this topic further, to confirm whether to request a new project from CCSDS management to develop this as a CCSDS standard.
