[Sls-mhdc] Draft agenda for London meeting

I’ve just sent the attached revised version of the agenda to CCSDS tech support to be added to the agenda page for the meeting.

For anyone else with suggested changes, we can revise the agenda as many times as needed.

I look forward to seeing everyone in London.
