Dear Working Group,

Attached is a draft agenda for the London meeting.

Please send me your suggestions for changes/additions.  We can revise the
agenda as many times as necessary.

In particular, there may be a more logical order to the agenda items and I
hope that those of you more familiar with the topics can suggest an improved
order.
