[Sls-mhdc] MHDC-A-1411-2 reasonably clean images

Dear all,

I've talked to some colleagues who are working in a future "water color mission" and they have told me about the hyperspectral images they are using for their simulations.
These HICO images, are in fact 500x2000pixels x 87 bands images available in Level 1B (calibrated radiance) 16-bit format (some Level 2A also exist but the corrections are probably too complex to think about them onboard).
I've taken a look on some of them and the streaking artifacts are relatively low, so maybe they could be interesting for the corpus.
