[SLS-DC] [EXTERNAL] MHDC-A-2011-7 : revised draft of CCSDS-120.2-G-2

Dear Working Group,

As I write this, I am uploading to the CWE a revised draft of CCSDS-120.2-G-2:
	SLS-MHDC/CWE Private/123.1-B/GreenBook/120x2g2-2021.05.26.{docx, pdf}

The pdf version is provided because some operating systems may not properly display some figures in the docx version.

I have attempted to incorporate the edits from Roberto and Mickael, but this was a somewhat manual process (since we were all making edits at the same time) so there is a chance I might have missed something.

I believe that all of my latest edits are confined to chapters 4,5,6 and Annex D.
