[SLS-DC] MHDC-A-2011-7 : revised draft of CCSDS-120.2-G-2

Dear Working Group,
 
In response to Action Item MHDC-A-2011-7, I have uploaded to the CWE a 
revised draft of CCSDS-120.2-G-2 :

This draft extends the last update from Mickael (
120x2g2-2020.11.02_camarero_bruno.docx).
 
The updates include:
-          Section 4.2.7.1 (Absolute and Relative Error Limits):
o   Updated text and figures about the use of both relative and absolute 
error limits, including also some addings for the discussion about 
companding at the end of the sub-chapter.
-          Section 5.8.3.5 (HW implementation - quantization and mapping):
o   New text and figures to discuss the interest of using external 
(pre)quantization and lossless compression for high throughput 
implementations in high fidelity ranges.
