[SLS-DC] MHDC-A-2011-3(c): revised draft of CCSDS-120.1.G-3

Dear Working Group,

In response to Action Item MHDC-A-2011-3(c), I have uploaded to the CWE a revised draft of CCSDS-120.1.G-3
	SLS-DC/CWE Private/121.0-B-3-DRAFT/GreenBook/120x1g3_12_2020_wong_Kiely.doc

This draft extends Mark’s April 13 version in the same folder.

The only change is an additional paragraph in section 6.2 Selection Process.
