[SLS-DC] FW: 124 final version ready for review

Just a practical remark for the WG: if you submit the wg resolution at the beginning pf September, you will never get the agency review end before the fall meeting. 
If the wg has any intention to complete the AR (i.e. having RIDs) before the Fall Meeting then you should issue the eg resolution to AD BEFORE MID AUGUST. 

I think it is good yo know.
