[Sls-ocm] Presentations & WB draft

Dear All,

1) About the meeting presentations:
Several presentations are planned for the OCM meeting as shown in the updated agenda.

So far, only Tesat Spacecom, NASA-JPL and DLR have posted their presentation documents under:

2) About the white book draft:
Some of you have objected that sending the new WB draft one week before the meeting is too late for a proper review of the document (a 2-week delay is usually respected). I agree. However most of the previous version (sent in August) has just been shifted to the annexes. So if you had comments regarding this part, they should still apply.
